Our flagship, award-winning maple-based gin, gently aged in single use Kentucky Bourbon barrel (Buffalo Trace Mashbill #1 - Stagg Jr 7 year). The weight and balance of the gin shines in a unique, mellow marrying of soft botanicals and pleasant, sippable sweet notes. Perfect for both gin and bourbon lovers.
Highly recommended in cocktails (Old Fashioned, Martinez), but is something truly special when served neat or on a rock.

Spruce Tip Gin
Our newest exploration in extremely limited edition gins, this truly special iteration highlights another truly unique Northwoods ingredient for our maple-based gin. Hand-foraged by our team, spruce tips are the small buds of pine trees that grow only for a short time in early spring. Flavors of pine are met with a bright, citric quality, almost like a woodlands lime, and are a perfect compliment to our traditional 14 botanicals.
